| The company firmly stands on its own, pursuing multi-party cooperation, and emphasizing both the solid foundation and the practical experience alike. Established in 1998, the Technology Research and Development Department(TRDD) takes the policy of orienting towards basing itself mainly on its own research and development. With the close integration of the production line, the technology research and development staff determines the direction of research and development area with the follow-up prompt solution to the first-line technological problems. In addition, TRDD has been also tightly tracking technology development trends of the industry domestically and abroad, and has been conducting reserves of technical study for the future technology development of Sinomag. Outside the company, by the cooperation with some colleges and universities, we have established some magnetic materials research and development centers, employing technology research resources of universities as technological support. Inside the company, besides TRDD itself, the technological sections and staff of the subsidiaries are also advocated to involve themselves in the innovation activities by creating “technological innovation incentive” mechanism. As the result of multi-participation and pooling of the wisdoms of the participants, the technology research and development has been promoted greatly. |
